Top Geared Motor

Combined with HIGEN Motors(separated from former LG Electronics), Top geared motor was introduced in 2010 with aluminum body frame for 0.2hp and 0.4hp geared motors, iron cast case from 1hp to 20hp geared motor. Finishing of 1st and 2nd gears and pinion gears is skiving so that the contact surfaces of the gears are smooth and deliver high efficient power transmission.

Product ranges of hp are 0.2hp, 0.4hp, 1hp, 2hp, 3hp, 5hp, 7.5hp, 10hp, 15hp and 20hp. Mounting types available both foot mounted and vertical type. Products can be directly combined with motor or IEC flange type gear box.

The benefit of using our product is that customer has constant high quality of various types of installation. For example, our Power Top Geared Motor can lift automobile at first, and our geared motor can be used to turn the pallet of cars, and helical geared motor can be used for move pallet to specific space.
